Litigation has gone virtual, with more and more depositions, hearings, and even trials now being conducted remotely. Many predict that this shift is here to stay. Likewise, eDiscovery in civil litigation is increasingly being conducted remotely, more out of necessity than cost or convenience. While remote preservation and collection is not new, burgeoning remote workforces have placed more ESI than ever outside of the traditional organizational environment and those in charge of implementing legal holds and the eDiscovery process are often working remotely themselves.
Mandi Ross joins Martin Tully at the MER Conference to discuss the legal aspects of preservation, collection, production, etc. when conducting eDiscovery remotely. Don’t miss this panel!
